Merrion Investment Trust

The Managed Fund was launched in October 1993 to provide balanced long term growth by actively managing the distribution of the portfolio between cash, bonds, equities and property according to economic conditions. The Fund maintains an exposure to a spread of quality equities and bonds.

There is no bid/offer spread on the Managed Fund and the management fee is 0.50% per annum.

The Global Equity Fund was launched in May 1995 to provide a specialist equity investment vehicle for pension schemes. It invests in a diversified portfolio of equities to achieve long term capital growth through active global and sectoral allocation.

There is no bid/offer spread on the Global Equity Fund and the management fee is 0.60% per annum.

The High Alpha Fund (RIAIF) was launched in August 2008. It invests in an unconstrained portfolio of high conviction stocks. The fund may hold cash from time to time in order to protect capital.

There is no bid/offer spread on the High Alpha Fund (RIAIF) and the management fee is 1.5% p.a. There is a performance incentive linked directly to the success of the fund, Merrion Investment Managers will share 20% of the excess return over 7% p.a.

The Irish Equity Fund was launched in December 2000 to invest in a diversified portfolio of Irish equities in order to achieve long term capital growth. Investments may be made in companies which are substantially Irish owned and/or have a significant part of their operations in Ireland. The companies may be listed on the Irish Stock Exchange or another international exchange.

There is no bid/offer spread on the Irish Equity Fund and the management fee is 0.60% per annum.

The European Equity Fund was launched in January 1999 to achieve long term capital growth through a portfolio of diversified equity investments in the countries that form the European economic region. The fund seeks to exploit the opportunities which the creation of the single currency zone has brought. It is not however restricted to the twenty three countries participating in "Euroland".

There is no bid/offer spread on the European Equity Fund and the management fee is 0.60% per annum.

The Technology Fund was launched in December 1994 to provide a specialist investment vehicle that focuses on the Telecommunications, Media and Technology (TMT) sectors.

There is no bid/offer spread on the Technology Fund and the management fee is 1.50% per annum.

The Fixed Interest Fund was launched in January 1999 to invest in Government securities, money market instruments and corporate bond issues. By anticipating movements in interest rates and yield curves the fund seeks to earn superior returns from a diversified portfolio of fixed income instruments.

There is no bid/offer spread on the Fixed Interest Fund and the management fee is 0.40% per annum.

The Ethical Fund is designed to provide balanced long term growth by actively investing in a portfolio of equities, bonds and cash. The individual stocks chosen will have reference to Socially Responsible, Ethical and Environmental criteria as determined by the manager.

There is no bid/offer spread on the Ethical Fund and the management fee is 0.75% per annum.

The Long Bond Fund is designed as an investment vehicle to meet long term Pension Fund liabilities. It invests primarily in longer dated Eurozone Government Securities.

There is no bid/offer spread on the Long Bond Fund and the management fee is 0.10% per annum.

The Cash Fund was launched in May 2003. It is designed to provide capital security for pension fund investors approaching retirement. It may also be used as a short-term "safe-haven" by investors in times of market uncertainty.

There is no bid/offer spread on the Cash Fund and the management fee is 0.25% per annum.


Merrion Capital Specialist Investment Fund Plc

The MCSIF High Alpha Fund was launched in August 2007 and is a Qualifying Investor Fund. It invests in an unconstrained portfolio of high conviction stocks. The fund may hold cash from time to time in order to protect capital.

There is no bid/offer spread on the High Alpha Fund and the management fee is 1.5% p.a. There is a performance incentive linked directly to the success of the fund, Merrion Investment Managers will share 20% of the excess return over 7% p.a.


Merrion Trust Funds

The Active Fund seeks to secure long-term capital growth, by investing in a combination of Irish and International equities, Government and corporate bonds and cash. The Fund is long-biased, although the Manager has the flexibility to use cash and other short term liquid instruments.

This is a Professional Investor Fund and the management fee is 1.50% per annum.

The High Yield Fund looks to deliver long term capital growth by investing in a portfolio of international and European stocks, government and corporate bonds, currencies, commodities and collective investment schemes which deliver a high yield.

This is a Professional Investor Fund and the management fee is 1.50% per annum.
